Faten
CEO

Over the course of her career, Faten has consistently worked to push innovations in management training to improve standards by developing new techniques backed by scientific research that deliver real, lasting, and measurable change in people. The Soft Edge is the culmination of years of hard work, research, and testing of techniques with clients across the world to create a course that really delivers value to companies, individuals and organizations.

When not working on The Soft Edge, you might catch Faten delivering presentations at MIT on her work to increase youth awareness and education of science and technology in developing economies.

Noor
Senior Facilitator

Noor brings over 5 years’ experience as a consultant and analyst at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and BCG (Boston Consulting Group), where she had the opportunity to regularly deliver high-level presentations to Senior Executives and develop new approaches to improving team performance and boosting employee engagement.

In her spare time, Noor is a volunteer member of the National Crowdfunding Association of Canada where she works to educate companies and individuals on the opportunities and risks that the crowdfunding transformation presents.

Tom
Senior Facilitator

Tom brings almost 6 years of experience at Accenture and PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) working in organizational and process transformation. As well as being an excellent trainer, Tom’s expertise is in helping our clients to plan a roadmap of actions backed by performance metrics to ensure that changes introduced by The Soft Edge are sustainable and measurable.

As well as his work for The Soft Edge, Tom curates a blog for busy executives that summarizes the top 3 business articles each day at www.execbites.com.
